Terms of use and payment


By ordering from the online store, you accept the terms of use and payment below. Terms valid from 24 May 2021. Terms updated on 1 January 2023.

Online store

Products, prices and ordering

The prices of the products are presented in connection with the product presentations. Our products include value added tax (24%). Delivery and packaging costs of 6.90 euros/order are added to the price of the products, if the product is mailed. For orders over €100, delivery is free. Pickup from the Jyväskylä warehouse and Hippakaupa free of charge. There are no other costs for the order. Products are ordered on the website of the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the PayTrail checkout service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or the clarification of ambiguities arising in it, unless specifically stated otherwise. When ordering from the online store, you are required to familiarize yourself with and agree to the valid delivery conditions.

Payment methods and terms

Payment via PayTrail, through which you can use various payment methods.

Payment service provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

Terms of delivery

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. Sending confirmation messages requires providing an email address when ordering. The sales contract is binding and comes into force when the order has been processed. We reserve the right to change prices, order and delivery conditions on a case-by-case basis. You can see the delivery costs of your order on the delivery and payment method selection page.

People under the age of 18 can only order and buy products from the online store with the consent of their guardian. The guardian's name, phone number and email address must always be included in the order.

All our products in stock have a delivery time of 3-10 business days. We deliver the ordered products as soon as they reach us. We send the shoes as a package. We mail the packages to the nearest parcel machine based on the zip code. Posti may change the delivery location if the destination is overcrowded. You can also pick up orders either directly from our warehouse in Jyväskylä's Lohikoski at a separately agreed time, or in Vaajakoski's Hippakaupta within the flea market's opening hours. We deliver the orders to be picked up from Hippakaupa once a week to Hippakaupa and send an e-mail notification when the order is ready to be picked up.

We reserve the right to combine the customer's orders if the customer places several separate orders. If you want to arrange delivery of the order at a later date or if the ordered products should be delivered at a different time, please contact our customer service in advance or immediately after ordering.

Product return right

The products have a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act from receiving the package. The right to return is only valid if the product is in the same condition as the original, unused and the product packaging is intact. The customer pays the postage costs incurred for the return. Returns are made via Posti. We refund the price of the returned products within 14 days after the products you returned have arrived at us.

If a part of an order with an order value of at least €100 is returned and the value of the final order is less than €100, then the conditions for free delivery are no longer met and the portion of the normal original shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount (according to the postal price list). This only applies to situations where the order originally had paid delivery (the value of the order exceeded the free delivery (€100) limit) and the customer is left with products from the order. If the order is returned in its entirety, the price paid will be returned in its entirety and the customer will only have to pay the return fee.

If the package is returned to us unclaimed, we will charge the costs and handling fees (20 euros/order) of the unclaimed package from the customer. This amount is automatically deducted from the amount to be returned to the customer. Please note that picking up the package without leaving it is not a return!

Before returning, contact us by email. Facebook or Instagram are not the best way to contact us for returns, exchanges or complaints. We do not accept cash on delivery returns!

Pack the products carefully in the original packaging and include a free-form letter with your contact information so that we can target the return or exchange to another product. Keep the return receipt you received. The money will be returned to the payment method with which the order was paid. PayTrail acts as a payment intermediary.

There is no right of exchange or return for products purchased on-site from the warehouse or pop-up days, and the terms of the online store do not apply to these purchases.


The product can be exchanged by returning the original product (see Returning the product) and ordering a new product instead. Please note, however, that the return postage of the exchanged product is always at your own expense. Shipping costs for products are charged only once in exchange situations.

We comply with the warranty conditions specified by the manufacturer or importer.

Fixing a product error

If the delivered product is incorrect, contact us and we will rectify the situation. Shoe wear due to hard use (such as kicking a bike, climbing rocks or braking with the toes of the shoe while swinging) are not product defects.

Wrong address

If the customer has filled in the address information or phone number incorrectly when ordering, and the post office cannot deliver the order to the correct address, LUMO footwear is not liable for compensation.

Delayed delivery

If your order has been delayed by more than a week from the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service. We make a clarification request and a loss report to Posti.

Limitation of liability
LUMO footwear is not responsible for delays or damages caused by force majeure.
